Ingredients
8 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 cup flour
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit and line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Brown your butter over medium heat.
Mix the brown butter with the brown sugar. Let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
Add the egg, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
Fold in the flour.
Fold in the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
Spread the batter evenly in your pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool before cutting and serving.
These blondies would be great with nuts as well!
