Ingredients
1 quart dill pickles
1 cup white vinegar
2 cups sugar
Preparation
Drain and wash the pickles.
Slice the pickles into thin coins.
In a pot, bring the sugar and vinegar to a boil. Let boil one minute.
Add the pickles, stir, and bring back to a boil. Let boil one minute.
Remove from heat and fill the pickle jar or other container with the pickles. Pour the vinegar over the pickles and seal.
Store in refrigerator.
